Community group therapy program

Group therapy provides an opportunity to work on interpersonal skills, build relationships, and learn how to interact in real-life social situations.

All groups contain between 6-8 participants and 1-2 group therapists.
They meet once a week for approximately 60 minutes.

  • Teen groups

This is a safe space for pre-teens, teens, and emerging adults to explore and navigate the complexities of connecting with others and building a strong sense of self.

  • Children's groups

This group supports children who have difficulties with social interactions, conflict resolutions, expressing themselves, and coping with stress.

  • Our House Community Group

This is an open group for clients of various ages. It focuses on interpersonal skills in an environment similar to a family - but without your actual family.

  • Parenting group

This is a supplement to individual and family therapy. Parents will have the opportunity to reflect on their own experiences and how they impact their relationships with their children.
