Community group therapy program
Group therapy provides an opportunity to work on interpersonal skills, build relationships, and learn how to interact in real-life social situations.
All groups contain between 6-8 participants and 1-2 group therapists.
They meet once a week for approximately 60 minutes.

Teen groups
This is a safe space for pre-teens, teens, and emerging adults to explore and navigate the complexities of connecting with others and building a strong sense of self.

Children's groups
This group supports children who have difficulties with social interactions, conflict resolutions, expressing themselves, and coping with stress.

Our House Community Group
This is an open group for clients of various ages. It focuses on interpersonal skills in an environment similar to a family - but without your actual family.

Parenting group
This is a supplement to individual and family therapy. Parents will have the opportunity to reflect on their own experiences and how they impact their relationships with their children.
